These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and 558h (hereinafter "558h", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://558h.io.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 558h with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 558h platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain an account on 558h:

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or access any casino or sports betting product on the 558h platform. 558h operates a strict 18+ age policy with zero exceptions.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 558h platform is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the 558h platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 558h makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 558h. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

2.4 Exclusion of Employees

Employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and any immediate family members of persons employed by or associated with 558h or its technology and game-studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming) are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in betting or gaming activity on 558h.

2.5 Self-Excluded Players

Any individual who has previously requested self-exclusion from 558h is not permitted to register a new account or access the platform in any capacity during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account constitute a violation of these Terms.

Account Registration

To use the full range of 558h products and services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

558h operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identification card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of your registered payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Currency

All 558h accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 558h account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. 4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

4.5 Transaction Fees

558h does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their standard service charges for outgoing transfers. These third-party charges are outside 558h's control and are the player's responsibility.

4.6 Refused or Reversed Transactions

558h reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 558h will notify you and may request additional documentation before processing or returning the funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

558h offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit on 558h may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific welcome bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements will be stated in the active promotion at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.

5.5 Seasonal & Reload Promotions

558h periodically offers reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh celebrations. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms apply where specific terms do not address a particular scenario.

Betting & Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 558h platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other products.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

558h reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are not accepted and are not binding on 558h until confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number is issued. In the event of a system error or technical fault that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, 558h reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on 558h. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. 558h reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or markets at any time, including reducing maximum stake limits for players identified as consistently winning in specific markets.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on 558h — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by 558h's Sport-Specific Rules, which are published within the sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between the Sport-Specific Rules and these general Terms, the Sport-Specific Rules shall prevail for sports betting activity.

Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has elapsed, 558h reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes. The specific rules for each sport determine the minimum play time required for bets to stand.

6.4 Casino and Slot Rules

All casino games, slot machines, and crash games available on 558h are operated by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game studio's published rules, accessible within the game interface. 558h is not responsible for errors or malfunctions arising from the game software itself, though we will cooperate with game studios to resolve any disputes.

6.5 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the decisions of the live dealer and studio supervisors. In the event of a technical interruption to a live casino game, the game studio's disconnection policy will apply. 6.6 Disputed Outcomes

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 558h platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage or circumventing account restrictions.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your 558h account.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets on events where you have access to insider information or where the outcome has been or may be manipulated.

• Impersonation: Registering an account in another person's name or providing false identification documents during KYC verification.
• Circumventing self-exclusion: Attempting to register a new account after a self-exclusion has been applied to an existing account.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 558h

558h reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which 558h may take such action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age or identity
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a financial intelligence unit
• Extended periods of account inactivity (see Section 8.3 below)

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 558h will retain all account funds during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes without finding grounds for permanent closure, the account and funds will be reinstated. If grounds for permanent closure are confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 558h account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining account balance if lower), which will be deducted from the account balance. 558h will send notification to your registered email address before any inactivity fees are applied. If the account balance reaches ৳0, the account will be closed. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log into your account at least once every 12 months.

8.4 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of the suspension or closure. Please include your account username, a description of the circumstances, and any supporting documentation. 558h will review your appeal and communicate its decision within 14 business days.

8.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the 558h platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, images, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 558h or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 558h content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 558h shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 558h's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 558h account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.7 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, with Bangladesh law applied to the extent applicable and permissible.
